				I had a chance to work with Jaya fr day 1 for a 12 pack & 6 pack for my sodas. It was a long process with many changes on my part, Jaya was very helpful & accommodating with my constant changes (supply chain issue at my end.) 				Jaya and the team came up with an innovative donation to supply some boxes for an introductory seminar on dog nosework for the Leonberger Club of Canada 2024 National Specialty Dog Show.

Email responses were immediate and very helpful. Teamwork in the office was terrific in helping for this seminar. I was invited to bring in my dog who had a wonderful quick visit as we didn’t want to interrupt their work. But, dog cuddles are a great way to make a positive work environment for the day.

I’m sure this company and team can help any new startup business with the boxes they might need. This team was quite innovative for us.

This is Novah, I am the one who helped you with my colleagues to collect your order that evening. I am a designer and machine operator at Norlands Company. I just need to clarify your last three lines of review:



1. Two of my colleagues and I were in the company when you got there, and we warmly welcomed you.

2. We were in a rush for a meeting but spent about 20 minutes helping you with the order collection. (That's how everyone treats customers at Norlands.)

3. We called the manager team, and they immediately replied and also joined the group call on WhatsApp to help you find and collect your order.

4. After finding your order, we helped you to arrange it nicely in your car, and you happily thanked us. (I am surprised by your comment.)

5. Managers stayed on the call until the delivery was done, and after you left, they asked me for delivery feedback.

6. We always sacrifice our time to ensure jobs are done on time. (The company closes at 4:30. When you arrived around 6 pm, we were staying to finish the order on time for early morning delivery. Whole Norlands team doing the same )

7. I have been working in the field of design and advertising for about 28 years, and I can tell that Norlands is doing great and growing day by day because of its high performance. I am just simply asking everyone to pay a visit to Norlands Company and meet the great team and feel the welcoming environment.
